We visited some of our growers this week to review summer lines; At Iona Farms, a full range of Baby Vegetables are now in full swing including Baby & Micro Carrots, Fennel, Turnips, Parsnips, Leeks & Beetroots – Golden, Striped & Red. Irish chef Mike Tweedie reaches semi-final of global talent search

Thousands entered the S. Pellegrino talent search for young chefs and Mike Tweedie, Head Chef at The Oak Room in the newly refurbished Adare Manor has qualified as one of 21 global semi-finalists. Mike is presenting Duncannon Lobster, ravioli of scallop, lobster and basil with lightly spiced lobster bisque. From now until December, all the semi-finalists will complete in local challenges.
